Why should we be able to recognize different emotions and name them already in early childhood? - because emotional experience teaches the child to express them without hurting others. Emotions are our response to the world around us, as well as an expression of self-preservation, this emotional world is highly dependent on circumstances beyond our control and our experiences. It is necessary to accumulate that experience, recognition, understanding and control of emotions already in childhood - it will help the child to overcome difficult situations more easily, adapt more flexibly and find solutions to problems.
Children encounter visual-verbal learning of emotions already in kindergarten, they learn to name their anger, sadness, joy, as well as to solve conflict situations. However, the child's ability to express emotions is most influenced by the example of the parents, so it is necessary to talk about it at home and with the help of creative activities to explore the everyday situations that concern children the most.
